Chicken was soggy and didn't look fresh. The texture of the chicken's skin appears like it was steamed or microwaved, it was falling apart. There was puddle of oil on the bottom of the bucket. The short Hispanic guy Manager looked like he didn't want to be there. It appears he gave me old microwaved chicken. The Corporate needs to know about this.

Horrible guy taking orders. Then he confirms the order at the window then gives me the wrong items. I didn't get what I paid for but it sure did cost me $17. I will never go to that KFC again. I plan to also boycott for a month before I go back to any KFC.

Terrible service and hard to get a hold of anyone despite it not even being super busy. Staff are rude (especially that one shorter middle-aged dude who's probably manager or something) and only gave us one sauce packet, immediately saying we'd be charged for any more. Fries all just come from frozen bags. Hard to get access to restroom. They were also using Taco Bell bags for some reason. Overall terrible experience and wouldn't go to this location again

Came here because the Original Honey BBQ Wings were BACK!!!!!! I ordered through the app/ a 6pc with Mac & Cheese and a bottle of water. They were coated nicely, spicy and fresh out the grease! Yesssss! Baby girl was bagging up my order just as I walked in…. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow! lol!

The lady taking our order had an attitude we came here because the wedges were back as we seen on the kfc and she just seemed so bothered taking our order saying we’re out of them and just seemed so unprofessional with her tone same with the driver thru person we asked for ranch he gave us 2 for a lot of food we ordered and than we asked for more and he caught an attitude says it’s extra of course we don’t mind paying if we’re asking it’s just the attitude and mannerism is wild both of them need to quit their job all we did is come to order not to get all this rude service didn’t get their name but woman was taking our order and man at driver thru with glasses 8/30 Saturday afternoon 340pm
