Customer service was poor the cashier Nilu appear to be angry I've been a customer for over 25 years and have never experienced customer service as poor as this My biscuits was Hard and over cooked ,and the 16pc meal I ordered was stuffed in a box and most of the skin was off of the chicken, instead of fried chicken I received naked chicken, and the mac and cheese was not creamy it seemed like it was dried out from sitting too long. I requested honey mustard and BBQ sauce after I received my order and was told I had to purchase them. After spending 50$ plus tax on my family meal.I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of the meal I purchased 😑
They didn’t bother giving what I order then they proceeded to give me water down soda. don’t go here this place ain’t it at all.

The food no complaints but the service and staff is horrible it took almost 15 min to get a order taken and there was no one in the restaurant the workers were just standing around when they finally took my order I got attitude from the girl that worked there because I asked if I could substitute the mashed potatoes for the cole slaw on my $5 order and she told me no if I did that I would have to pay for a the $9 full meal to me that's ridiculous some people don't like mashed potatoes and love the coleslaw I been going to KFC since I was a child and love it but this restaurant I won't be coming back there very lazy and think they own the restaurant rather than work there

Their vents are clogged up with grease or not working. On several occasions the dining area is filled with smoke from vaporized chicken grease. The owner is cheap to not repair or evil for making workers and guests breath in healthful air.
