The Baseline: For a ramen restaurant the noodles must be fresh, cooked with consistency in firmness, broth must be tasty with good body, accompaniment additions must match with the style, and the plating must work for the ramen presentation/function.

But definitely a different kind of killer flavour. Got the 2 mala and then 3 spicy. The numb didn't hit as much and spicy was alright!!!
The dandan with more vinegar than peanut is definitely up my alley in case you are wondering what is the difference between the two. Did not try the dry ver but maybe one of these days I'll be back for it
