Good ramen place, but I’d suggest ordering normal menu items. The spicy dan dan noodles were rather sickening and filling rather quickly, leaving me unable to finish. The service is quite slow, but the place is great and spacious for hangouts compared to other restaurants in Sawtelle Japantown.
Service is always fast here. We go basically once a month because no where else do we get this mala spice along with the noodle quality. The noodles are thin, cooked to the perfect texture where it absorbed the soup but still has great texture.
After having ramen at the annex with a friend we came here a few days later with more people. This a great place to come with even 5 or more people. The seating isn’t cramped and the staff is super helpful and friendly.
