Terrible, mediocre, the tacos had 3 pieces of meat nothing but onions and stale tortillas.

The tacos did not have enough meat. I’m not kidding. I was very disappointed I got home and so was my family. If one chicken taco had 4 pieces of meat it was too much! ?

King taco has serious consistency issues between locations. This is by far the best one.I don't eat much mexican food, but I go 25 minutes out of my way to go to this location. The food is consistently amazing and the staff are all very pleasant women with smiles on their faces who don't mind me practicing Spanish with them haha.I always tip them, please do the same, they work very hard.

King Taco always a favorite, glad I grew up nearby. I compare all carne asada burritos to the ones at King Taco. The flavor and salsa are always the best. Burritos, tacos, sopes, and the guisados I've tried them all. I'm also a fan of the horchata and the
Delicious food with fast and great service! I was in a hurry to meet up with my daughter and parents for lunch at a local cafe that I don't quite care for so I stopped in to King taco and took my food to the local cafe to eat. I was totally pleased with my burrito!!
Salsa rule is legit the reason why this store is my least favorite. Food is great of course but jeez ..ask for just one more salsa & she explained the whole salsa ratio to food to me. Doesn’t matter that prices have doubled. They’re looking at me like I was asking for a jar, was only needing 1 more little container that equals less than 3 ounces. Long Beach King Taco is way ‘cooler’

King Taco is a Los Angeles institution with multiple locations! King Taco at "Lincoln Heights" might be my favorite location- low key environment (not as busy), good parking, friendly employees, delicious food - Authentic Mexican on the cheap. I read that this location is their original location established in the mid 70s! The crowd here are mixed and hipster-ish. No frills, no fancy food presentation, just delicious authentic Mexican street fare and reliable simple menu: Tacos, Burritos, Sopes, Nachos, Quesadillas, Soups! Combo plates very limited. My favorite has to be the SOPES: Thick pan fried flat corn masa shell topped with light refried bean, protein of choice, cabbage, cotija cheese, and their amazing salsa! They are very stingy on salsa is my only complaint.Am born and raised in Los Angeles, so I will always love King Taco- 5 stars! It's not "the best" Mexican street food fare", but it's absolutely consistent, yummy, and inexpensive! CREDIT CARD and CASH accepted.
