Dear King Taco Owners,
Today I visited your Lincoln Heights King Taco, and I was inspired to review your employee (cashier) Paula who provided exceptional service with an amazing smile. You need to hire more people her, please!
TBH, my customer service experience in the past at this King Taco was poor due to the following factors:
(1). The female food preparer that hands you your order exhibited Nazi-like restrictions on salsa of all things. I considered that very petty for a business that calls itself the “taco king!” I actually wrote a one-star review at the time, but I apparently never posted it…
(2). A couple of years ago, my good friend Javier also experienced bad customer service (also from a rude food preparer) at this same location, and he’s boycotted the Broadway King Taco #8 ever since. Luckily, there ARE other taco options around LA for him, for me, and for anyone else looking for decent customer service and tasty tacos.
However, that was in the past. Today’s experience at King Taco #8 was positive and pleasant, thanks to employees like Paula above. That will keep me coming back! Thanks also for the delicious tacos and sopes!

I've been to King tacos many time but this was the first time I visited this location I've never seen horrible customer service the vibe was so bad when you hear your number called and you go up and they tell you no it's not ready then the second time you hear the number and you go up the same food is sitting there which was mine my families The lady ignored us by just continuing to talk to her coworker and not taking care of the customer which is first one of the most horrible experiences in Los Angeles I do not recommend this Kings tacos for the poor customer service the lack of training I hope the next time they get it right and treat the customer first and stop talking to your coworkers when people's food are getting cold
Who sells Tacos without lime...flavors are awful and service is bad...I ordered 4 tacos and asked for extra salsa and the lady told that is only one salsa per plate...dont waste your money here...Trash
