Overall Ralph's is a good grocery store with fresh bread daily. I was disappointed in their refrigerated meals in the deli section. I purchased roast beef and potatoes and it was almost tasteless. The potatoes were hard and it didn't taste like it had been seasoned. I also purchased a bowl of fresh berries which were very fresh and fresher than the other bowls of fresh produce from the other grocery stores in the area.
Ordered an hot dog, waited 25 mins, was told kitchen is backed up, went to the glass door, the cook chatting with his friends, after realizing I was stare, he then place the dog on the grill. Never again.Edit: at least they refunded me. Food itself wasn’t bad. Need serious oversight
Wow what an amazing food option in Pasadena! My boyfriend and I came in for a quick lunch and we’re so impressed with all the restaurant options and cuisine types. The manager, Denise, came out to greet us and explain the concept + process. Denise was so friendly and easy to talk to, I’m not a chef but I would totally want to work under her guidance.They have a fridge with drinks and delicious looking cookies.
