The four stars are for Tatiana's succulent tacos de lengua! The lengua was cooked beautifully, soft and unctuous. I wanted to order the cabeza as well, but it was still cooking! My son ordered a carne asada quesadilla and really enjoyed it as well. My favorite part about the quesadilla is that it wasn't greasy and it was perfectly crispy. I am looking forward to to trying their cabeza and will definitely be back. I'm a little worried about how close this truck is to my house.
Tatiana's Catering is one of many taco trucks in the area. It's better than most though because it has authentic food at a reasonable price. My current favorite is the burrito with cabeza. It is rich and flavorful, and the texture is incredible. Make sure you get it with peppers or hot sauce. The rest of the meats are just as savory and delicious, too. Don't be fooled by those rich people trucks; get the real deal!

Can't complain, it's your typical taco truck. The ladies here are wonderful, very friendly. They accept zelle, so don't worry if you don't have cash on you. You can't go wrong with Carne asada tacos, cones with red radish and limes.
