I want to recognize the outstanding young man Damien who was working behind the counter at this Taco Bell. He was exceptional from the moment I walked in. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and took genuine pride in his work.

Eh it’s alright… it’s a Taco Bell not amazing nor too bad just average… I would probably come back here if nothing else was open and I was hungry, again it’s a Taco Bell nothing fancy.

Taco Bell is a convenient location with professional staff. The restaurant is fast and efficient, especially during non-peak hours. The staff is often friendly and welcoming, and they work hard to keep things running smoothly. Food is generally good and fresh. Damion, a friendly employee, is known for excellent customer service and always having a smile. Parking in Westwood can be challenging, but Damion's helpful attitude makes it worthwhile. However, there have been some issues with mobile ordering and store hours, such as opening at 11am on Sundays, which can inconvenience customers who place orders earlier. Some staff members have been less friendly on return visits, and the ordering process now sometimes relies on computers rather than direct interaction, which can affect politeness and efficiency. Despite these issues, the staff remains mostly professional, and a student discount is automatically applied for customers with a campus ID.
