Always understaffed and VERY LONG WAIT times. I've waited more than 20min for my order many times. Getting your food in less than 8min is nearly unheard of. The staff it's overworked and it shows. Terrible management!
Staff is usually professional. Only chief complaint is the past 3 sundays in a row they dont open until 11am. Made the mistake of placing a mobile order at 10:10, and had to wait until 11 to return to puck up items. Was told by staff the order wasnt even in the system. Was charged none the less, and had to reorder. Not reimbursed. Recommend waiting until inside the store to order with the app, only way to enjoy the app exclusives.
