Located inside the Grand Central Market. Amazing Italian food and one of the least busy restaurants as well! You order at the kiosk and they will call your name when your food is ready. The noodles are homemade and super thick. The sauce was delicious. Portion sizes could be larger but it was a decent amount for a snack. Highly recommend if you want Italian in the GCM. Parking in the garage is $5.50 for the first 90 minutes and then $25 up to 8 hours.

Been here a bunch and always love the food. The cheesesteak was totally out of left field for how good it was. I like their version of vodka pasta, and the portion was pretty big that I took some home. Staff is always super nice as well! Wish they closed later but worth it when it’s open.

Knead Noods Pasta is a must-try Italian food nestled in the heart of Grand Central Market. Their small outpost restaurant is a haven for those seeking the ultimate pasta experience.

They have a modest selection pasta and drink items on their menu. We came late afternoon for a quick lunch and ordered Veggie Alfredo and Garlic Bread. Both tasted fresh and flavorful; portions were above average. For the price you pay, it’s bloody worth it. Staff were nice and...
