The chicken parm dinner entree was extremely bland. I wish I had brought hot sauce or some red pepper flakes. I wish I had gotten something else, but from reading other reviews, that probably wouldn't have made any difference. Sadly, this one seems to check all the boxes in terms of having fresh, handmade ingredients, but fails in execution.

Prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions at Knead Noods Pasta in LA's Grand Central Market!As I perused the menu, my eyes locked onto the "spag & noodle" dish. Intrigued, I took the plunge, unaware of the surprise awaiting me until after my first bite.Imagine my astonishment when the taste transported me back to childhood lunches with Heinz tinned spaghetti! Nested within Grand Central Market, a great find with gluten free past options. The Mac and cheese is what dreams are made of and such a good and cheesy Mac and cheese!! Definitely recommend. Their lemonade was great as well.
