I asked if my order was ready. I was simply told no. Then I approached twice more, they simply told me no. it's very rude.

We waited twenty minutes for a smoothie, although there were no customers ahead of us. Made other orders first. Felt discriminatory, signaling we are not welcome here.
Ps. The twenty dollar smoothie is not worth the money.

Upsetting service - I got it doordashedAnd they charged extra for a sunny side up egg on my avocado toast but never gave it to me. They did accommodate the gluten free bread though which I was satisfied about — the biggest disappointment is the egg they did not give me. The vegan overnight oats was pleasantly good — the taste and the flavor were great. It was in a glass jar which if you return it to them you get $1.00 back. No complaints about the overnight oats but the avocado toast could’ve been accommodated better. The food made it to four stars, and how they include really healthy and alternative dietary options— but I’d say the biggest disappointment again was the egg I paid extra for but didn’t get so that’s what made this review three stars. But I would recommend coming to irrational for a light and healthy snack / meal.

So far, this place is good. Love ❤️ how all the juices and smoothies are fresh.
