The behavior of certain staff members is unacceptable.
They seem to be using their position to satisfy their own egos and put unnecessary pressure on customers.
This kind of attitude damages the atmosphere of the place and can seriously affect its reputation.
The owner should pay attention to this situation and take immediate action.
Otherwise, the business will continue to lose regular customers and receive ongoing complaints.
It would be much better to have staff who reflect professionalism and hospitality that meet American service standards.

Young blond guy who looks like DiCaprio is super nice and helpful! Wait was long though because of the kitchen staff not being staffed enough it appears.
Kreation is extremely overpriced and just doesn’t have great smoothies. :(

I come here almost everyday for the past 4 years, great healthy food, but lately they’re extremely busy during lunch hour, it takes over 10 mins standing in line to order, and then wait for 25 mins to get just one coffee. Understaffed.
I love the food but can only afford to go when there is a sale or promotion. Everything is SO expensive.
