Kreation Juicery & Avoholic Bar - Westwood

So I came into Kreation today hoping to purchase my favorite smoothie from them but before purchasing I asked to use the restroom and the worker behind the counter refused to let me use the restroom. She was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcoming at the time. I was the only black person inside of the restaurant and I felt like she singled me out. I tried to reassure her multiple times that I was going to purchase something from Kreation and that’s why I stopped at Kreation. There were many other local businesses that I could’ve stopped at if I needed to just use the restroom . I asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. She asked why, and I proceeded to walk out of the store and she started talking smack upon exiting. She is not a good face for this business. I’ve been to many Krearions and I have never been treated this way. I didn’t like anything about how I was treated today.

Unfortunately I have not been to the store, I only ordered delivery and I gotta say, the Date Me Shake is AMAZING!! 🤩
My man discovered this item first and I re-ordered it again.
The delivery packaging is very sturdy & neat.
Will definitely want to visit their store

We love Kreation! We got Longevity and Marjan’s and very tasty and help to keep up with healthy diet also staff Juan and Angel were very helpful and nice! Recommended

The customer service was horrible today at this location, along with poor communication. The avocado toast barely had avocado on it. The put a super paper thin spread on it.

really yummy smoothies but they are a bit inconsistent

.This place is listed as offering cold-pressed fresh juice, but when we visited and specifically asked for fresh orange juice, we were told they don’t even have a cold-press machine.

We visited both the Pasadena and Santa Monica locations, and it was the same story at each — no cold-pressed juice, despite how they’re advertised.

Please update your listings or be transparent with customers. It’s frustrating to go out of the way for something that isn’t even available.

I don’t get the good reviews because the food was meh and the service was horrible. There’s a sign outside saying that UCLA students get a 15% discount and despite me and my friend looking college-aged and wearing UCLA swag the woman didn’t ask us if we were students?? What the heck?? Duplicitous business.

I love their chocolate-bowl. If you have chocolate addiction like me, this is a great and healthy way to satisfy your cravings without any guilt. Large variety of delicious smoothies as well.

Great acai bowls. I recommend the ones with honey and pollen, they have a floral taste. Each bowl is $12

Recommended dishes: Chicken Bone Broth 12 Oz

Small place with salads, wraps, smoothies and more. Al fresco dining set up in front. Purchased the Caesar Salad normally around $14, but it’s huge! Lucky for me without knowing, they were having a promo that day of buy one get one free! Yay! 🤩 Could easily split for two! Was fresh and crisp! Only it didn’t have enough dressing for such a huge salad. And they don’t have extra you could ask for at the store. But they do offer a in-house green type of dressing for a replacement which is okay, but definitely doesn’t compare to the creamy Caesar dressing I was looking for. Don’t forget to try the drink samples they have at the front door. The Golden Milk was yummy.
