Granted it’s LA so you’re never gonna get a good bagel like NY but the ones here are subpar. They also don’t have a toaster so they just use the stove top which is NOT the same thing. So your subpar bagel comes to you untoasted just heated. It’s also very overpriced here!

A wonderful, kosher bagel shop, also featuring burekasim, pastries, omelets, shaksuka, sandwiches and a variety of coffees. and study some gemara here (they have shelves plenty of books of judaica).
Vegetarian options: Because this is a kosher dairy place, everything is vegetarian except the lox and tuna.

On short notice, I called La Brea Bagel to cater an event at our temple. They took care of everything. The hot food arrived hot with all serving and eating utensils and everything was fresh, nicely presented, abundant, delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I ordered a sandwich: lox with all the fixings on an everything bagel. It was huge and delicious.

Bagel and cream cheese is very high at this place they are out touch with the public used
Very unfriendly. Is it because I'm from Europe?
How can you be treated so badly these days? Unfortunately very discriminatory!
I really wish I hadn't bought anything here, I felt very uncomfortable and I'm definitely not the only one if you look at the other comments. Too bad and sad!

bought a basket to pickup on go to get, which specifies pickup between 4-5, here at 4:30 and the door is locked and the employee won’t even speak to me
STAY AWAY! Ordered a phone in for a bagel with egg and cheese no meat. When i went to pick it up it was $14!! I frequent Einstein bagel and the bagel broker often and order the same Sandwhich WITH bacon and it is under $9. Sorry but this place is a huge rip off, I understand it’s kosher but the price gouging is insane. I’m in the neighborhood and they probably could have a lot more business without the insane prices…you’re going to pay double for everything here go elsewhere!

$14 for a egg and cheese bagel with no meat is crazy… I usually go to Einstein and get a bacon egg and cheese for $8. This is a total ripoff wouldn’t recommend

We ran in just to grab bagels and cream cheese for a quick breakfast. The menu looked great and I wished we had more time. There's a small parking lot but all the spaces are for 15 minutes. We noticed that everyone coming and going were locals. It was clearly a neighborhood favorite. There was a lot of bagel choices. Everything tasted great!

I paid $8.83 for a bagel with cream cheese. If you get a bagel plain, it’s $2.35. They charge you $6.50 for cream cheese on a bagel and it’s absolutely ridiculous. How this is seen as fair pricing is beyond me and I wish I would’ve known that before going.

This place is a rip off… around $2.25 for a bagel and +$5 for cream cheese which is insane. On top of that they’re stingy with the cream cheese.

The freshest bagels , coffee , kindest people .Love the variety . Very clean and well stocked and kept . Won’t go any place else for my bagels or food and I travel from Glendale Ca. to this location in the “Jewish “ community. I’m not Jewish but I am a Christian that supports the Jewish people .“ Gods Chosen People “ .Pray for the peace of Jerusalem ????????
