Ia a little place on the road but the tacos are good. They have beans, chicharron and papa with it’s own vegetables.

This is a humble secret hideaway for great Michoacán style Mexican food! The exceptional cooking skills of Michoacán cuisine was a key factor in Mexico’s status as a World Patrimony cuisine! Only Mexico and France have this honor! Surprisingly few people realize this!
The prices are very good and the quality is homemade style! The hand made tortillas are soft and tasty, so much I almost cried!
Service is like you’d expect if you were visiting family! The man and woman that were there really love their job and their guests!
I had pork ribs in green sauce which were superb! The rice and beans were exceptional! Gauge a good Mexican restaurant by its rice and beans folks! Simple sides yes but key in the flavor profile!
Their burritos are phenomenal!
Street parking and meter parking!

The service was very bad, I asked for a beef broth and they gave it to me already spoiled and I told the lady and she got upset, and I asked for another freshly cooked meal again and she reluctantly made me a scrambled egg, I don't recommend it. And the place is very dirty.

The truth is, the food is very delicious but the service is very bad, when I place orders they never take note and they always give me another order and the ladies who are there still get angry 😏

And the Menudo is the best!
The handmade tortillas are super delicious
Recommended dishes: Menudo, Chicharron
Old-school Mexican restaurant with awesome Guisados and handmade tortillas place kinda need some upgrades. Everything kind of looks old, but food is great. Parking it’s hard to find in the front. They have a parking in the back, but it’s kind of a hassle to park in the back. The ladies working there are nice and the food is fresh as well as the handmade tortillas. Try the Chicharron. It’s great. I will be back when I am in the area.

As a true test of good mexican meal are the beans and rice. Both were delicious. Sope was delicious as we're the chicharon. The chile for chips was exceptionally good.
