La Cita Bar Reviews
The vibes were good and the music was poppin with a mixture of cumbias, reggaeton, and popular spanish hits. Overall a good time.
No complaints whatsoever. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would come back anytime.
It's a hip Downtown dive bar with a cool patio . But the security are overbearing and act like rogue cops . My friend paid $30 for parking and $20 after 8:00 . He stepped outside and the doorman wanted him to pay another $20 to reenter . It's a fun place but not worth $70 .

La Cita Bar, the best bar in downtown LA, offers a lively and fun atmosphere. The music, especially on Cumbia night, adds to the vibrant vibe. The bar features different liquor types and provides good drinks, although some reviews mention they can be watered down and pricey. The service is quick, but staff can be heavy-handed with drinks and not always very friendly. Outside, hot dog vendors serve food needs, and there is a small patio in the back for relaxing. The entrance fee is $20, with a fast pass costing $40, and parking can be expensive, with some customers spending around $70 just to park and enter. The venue often hosts live music, making it a great place to enjoy drinks and good company. Arriving early, around 9:45 pm, is recommended to avoid long waits, which can be up to an hour. There is a cover charge, and cash is advised for entry. Overall, La Cita Bar remains a popular spot for celebrating with friends, especially for those ready for a lively night out.
