Everything about this place is amazing! The food, the customer service, just the ambiance over all was so welcoming. My gf and I will definitely be eating here again

First time trying La Imperial tortilleria. Ordered the Chiliquiles en su salsita Roja, con quesito fresco y cremita! and the elote tamale. La comida viene con sazon amigos! In addition to our great tasting food our server was very polite and checked on us. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and Family.

The service is really bad and to top it off the Tamales that I ordered were cold and not even cooked all the way. I do not recommend this place at all besides uncooked tamales they also did not give me my order right the first place making me have to drive back to get my correct food and I only went back since I spent $70 at this horrible restaurant. Worst place ever !!!!!!! The # on the web they do not even answer, I know why they want to avoid all the bad complaints they have about this place.

Plain and simple the ladies here are rude, food is alright. You orde rose thing and they give you the order the order they feel like it. My daughter and I ordered the menudo with no Pata and theu gave us the biggest Pata theu had also food had some flavor but I honestly don't recommend it they have their ordered clients and they serve them first......

I had a taste for something called nopales. It's cactus mixed with diced onion and tomato and it s served hot or cold. Either way, it is filling and delicious. However when I was taken here I smelled so much more that I wanted to try so many other things. They offer an array of all things Hispanic.. tamales, handmade tortillas, menudo, tacos, burritos, Pozole, chicken or beef soups and even a buffet. So much to choose from. So I opted for some chicken soup and it was just as mom cooks it. Delicious! This was served with a few tortillas, rice and beans.. let's not forget the smile on their faces while doing so. Now the most impressive thing I witnessed was a gentleman there as he the only other customer at the time. He was black and spoke to the server/waitress in the simplest of Spanish. She never stopped to try to speak English and he didn't either. You could see he struggled, but tried. I was quite impressed at the gentleness she had towards him and not looking at him as though she had no clue what he was saying. I guess you just had to be there. It was very pleasing to see people from two backgrounds communicating and with smiles on them. She served him at his table and continued to check on him, in Spanish and he too responding just the same. Again, maybe it was me just seeing what I thought to be something beautiful, but it was. Anyhow, the only negative I would say is the space is especially warm inside. Not sure their ac works, but I enjoyed my food and didn't stick around much as it was just too warm for me. Excellent otherwise all around!

Very delicious, bad service, the waitress got angry and I went to see if my food was ready and I saw her, putting her hand in the food and licking her fingers trying the food, I went back to see again, to see if my food was ready and I saw it who picked up something from the floor and continued preparing food, without washing his hands. I said yes because I was angry because I was preparing my food without someone. I liked the Menudo but I no longer have the confidence to eat there. What a shame, aside from comments from customers, including the workers, and everything is heard.

Food was very good. Service was terrible, lady in front was very rude while we were deciding to choose what to get. Although the food was great I won't be coming back due to being treated rudely.

Food is delicious. Only reason I gave a 4 star to the food is because we ate the buffet this past Friday and the food was Luke warm. But food does really have good flavor.

The menudo here, is the best I've had.I recommend their menudo -only.Our table server was forgetful, put in our order wrong, blamed it on the cook, and FAILED to correct it, -even after I asked her to...in fact, she never returned to my table--AT ALL!!After waiting and waiting, i asked another attendant for my check, and assisted me with further needs.
