I had a taste for something called nopales. It's cactus mixed with diced onion and tomato and it s served hot or cold. Either way, it is filling and delicious. However when I was taken here I smelled so much more that I wanted to try so many other things. They offer an array of all things Hispanic.. tamales, handmade tortillas, menudo, tacos, burritos, Pozole, chicken or beef soups and even a buffet. So much to choose from. Food was very good. Service was terrible, lady in front was very rude while we were deciding to choose what to get. Although the food was great I won't be coming back due to being treated rudely.

First time trying La Imperial tortilleria. Ordered the Chiliquiles en su salsita Roja, con quesito fresco y cremita! and the elote tamale. La comida viene con sazon amigos! In addition to our great tasting food our server was very polite and checked on us. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and Family.
