My name is Rene I was serving in the military in South Viet Nam, in 1967 at Christmas time La Mascota sent me Mexican pastries they didn’t only taste so good it filled my heart with the true meaning and spirit of Christmas and to this day almost 60 years since I am so grateful for the kind Christmas greetings that came from 17hrs by air to the remote military base were I was.named Soc Trang. This year I don’t to go by without wishing the most sincere wonderful Christmas....
For Christmas Eve, be aware that ordering ahead and showing up just to pick up seems to make absolutely no difference in wait time or priority. In fact, right now the line to order seems to be faster at the moment and it’s shorter! They need to figure out their system. The tamales are good but you have to be ready to wait a long time even if you order ahead.
Parking: Try the pastries, they are very tasty in addition to the bread, and the people who serve are very friendly and very patient, thank you
