Food is delicious but the customer service is terrible everybody looks like they don’t want to work there and have horrible attitudes. Makes me not want to buy from there anymore

the younger gentleman that helped me out today was so attentive and had a nice attitude all around, and I hate to be that person but usually I get no smiles or conversation from anyone else, they all actually look mad all the time lol so it was a good to finally be greeted and treated with some friendliness.

Bad customer service

Fantastic service fantastic product fantastic staff. They're always fully stuck and are very polite. If you get lucky, sometimes they'll say something that'll crack you up

I paid for some large strawberries and the container was half full, I think the Small size would have more. We are frequent customers and for these kinds of things one stops buying if the problem was ordering everything separately, preferring an extra charge and not giving bad service

I was here yesterday the guy that thinks he is a diva which I love all my divas I support the LGBTQ community and I love them to express themselves but last night I was appalled by his behavior I asked for 2 cones with ice cream and as I reached to grab them with one hand because he was holding them with one hand I broke one of the cones and he didn't care that it broke he didn't run to get me another waffle cone after I agreed I will pay for it he was very rude and I still bought 2 other items and he charged me for the extra waffle cone which I think it was his fault or next give them to me one by one. I think he was upset that we asked to do our crepe first because we didn't want our ice cream to melt on our hands meanwhile we wait for the crepe. Sorry you were having a bad day buddy but I don't want your service next time.

There’s like 1 or 2 girl that have attitude but other than that I love their ice cream‼️ everything is good but I go for ice cream that’s my #1 thing. I been coming here since they open. I went last time to another one by Florence and pacific and it was nasty,the ice cream. The only reason I went was because they had closed already.

Want a good ice cream or paleta? This is your spot. Save $ and get scoops in a cup and stay away from the chips way too expensive for what you get, walk to the liquor for that. This place is for good Nieve and that's is IT.

Parking: Their parking spaces are mostly for compact so if you have the Mamalona go park way In the back..
