Las paletas are bomb. They also have diffrent types of dessert and antojitos. You could enjoy them in there outside sitting.

The lady MALLE was so rude to me and my partner. I went in 30 minutes before closing and she made it seem like it was the last 5. She was making faces at me and forgot to add the condiments I asked for three times. My partner asked for chips and she made the most disgusting comment at him in Spanish which I clearly understood. She also dropped my ice cream on the counter which is a health violation as she also grabbed it with her hands.. Never coming back to that location as long as sheās working. Everyone else is so kind

The lady Malle had a disgusting attitude for no reason at all. We understand we walked in during the last 20 minutes and work can be stressful and tiring but thatās no excuse to be rude and disrespectful when weāre ordering only one scoop of ice cream. Horrible experience. Ruined our mood and appetite, NEVER coming back.

The cashier ADELAIDA gives the worse customer service. Avoid going to this store. Since you enter, she starts giving you orders (we dont receive orders from her) . To close the door, do not talk to her unless you know exactly and everything you need to order. She gives you attitudes.She has threats signs of not touching things. She is very rude. Their sells will go down if she continues working there. My mom got an ice cream and she FOUND A HAIR. We went to return the ice cream. She did not apologized. No give us a refund or replacement. We wasted our money. We got attitudes. Definedly never going back. Bad experience

I would like to say that the first time I was there customer service quality was great overall but this time at this day this girl had an attitude. Mine you this was different girl. Quality of food not good she was rude and didnāt even bother put my tostitlocos in container. When I went ahead and paid my Tostitos fell and didnāt bother help or even offer to give me tray. Rude and she walk away. Never coming back to this location.
So we go there at 8:09 and the were already closing Ordered an olete on a stick and she didnāt want to make it Asked her for an extra bowl and she didnāt want to give us one We sat outside to eat our goodies and they began to put the chairs and tables in sort of kicking us out It was 8:35 and they had put the chains and chairs and tables in this place closes at 9pm!! Owner should look into this thatās 30 min your loosing of making money
