Lady that helped us out was butt hurt for I don’t know what reason, I asked for strawberry and Nutella she could’ve at least put some on top for the price it is this is sad. Don’t recommend the crepa has a weird

I got a Bionicle I told her to half sprinkles on the top and on the bottom She said if she wanted the sprinkles on top would be cost extra but it came with it I just told her a demand it's already wanted to cost me more the price are already high also when I got a Ice cream she dropped it and gave it to me like with replacing it or giving some sort of discount I do recommend this place that like ice cream they already charge to much for 2 scoops it's 9:00 Also when your sensitive with your order and having the way whatever u order comes out the way u wanted they will charge u for giving them a demand

More expensive than the other Michoacanas and smaller cups size for the ice cream, I compared it to the one in San Pedro on 9th street and the one at The Pike in Long Beach, this other two locations are the best.

I come here every time I’m in Long Beach and the food is good and normally the service as well, but today the younger girl working seemed to have an attitude which I wasn’t a fan of. Over all, the recipes are top tier ?
Nice shop and friendly staff.and huge selection on ice cream. At times it can get pretty busy. Only thing prices are a bit high.

Yesterday, I took this photo at 2:19 I was charged at 2:15.I went in to buy a raspado & a agua Fresca after not coming for about 6 months here. With all honesty their agua de fresa is delicious. Unfortunately I couldn’t even drink it after how upset I was receiving customer service from Rosario. She had a very bad attitude and lack of customer service. When I asked her for more “jugo” she said it has enough. “ tiene sufficiente ya”. Her tone was so horrible when she said that to me I felt such a bad energy of her. I’m surprised I tolerated this type of customer service not sure why I let her take advantage of me like this. I took a sip and u can literally hear me sipping ON NOTHING. I then asked how much more to add more juice, I watch her add one spoon ONLY that they serve the juice with into my cup for 1$ more!! I paid 5.99 for a small raspado!!! Plus 1$ more for more “juice” more juice where!!!?! I then tell her if she can please add more juice after I paid 1$ for “xtra” and she said “no ya tiene sufficiente” in the most rudest time!! This is the photo I took right when I received my raspado. The street vendors put more ice and juice for only 2$$!!?? But I guess I was asking for too much. She was so rude about it aswell. She then lies to me and says she’s the manager after I asked to talk to the manager. Then later I called asking for managers name and another worker said Maria. Are we just pretending to be managers now? Horrible service. Wanted to show my bf my favorite spot just to come out not craving anything from this place anymore. I paid 7$ for this cup of ice wish it was the raspado I use to always come and get.that photo is right after I walked out this location. Embarrassing. Shame on ROSARIO. “ rosy “. If I worked her and just was following my protocols then I would have handled it much different. Lack of customer service training or just a worker who hates her job. I’ve came here multiple times and never experienced customer service like this in 2 years it was empty when I went also so no reason to say she was feeling stressed or anything. I’ve came here when limes would be all the way outside and workers were never this rude. Rosario is a liar and rude.
