I’m just an uber driver but the fact that I wasn’t helped before the person behind me in line this place defines its self worth.
I walked in and no greeting, nothing. Whatever I could live with that for about 2 minutes of waiting someone walks in behind me. Then after him an employee walks in and immediately starts helping him before helping me when I’ve been waiting longer… Never coming to eat or give this place business.

The food was lokey mid but the service here sucks. They just came at the beginning to seat us and take out order then didn’t come back till the food came. They never checked on us throughout the meal. When we were done we had to ask multiple times for the check and containers to take our foods home. Once we finally got our check the server kept on trying to push for us to tip and when we didn’t got mad. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

When the owner himself was there, they gave good service, the most wonderful and today that the owner is already in heaven, everything is going downhill and the waitresses are more with men than with women, and they tend better to men than to women. and a business must be neutral 😐 truth is, I give you 40 stars for the owner, may he rest in peace, even though how they have their business, I doubt that he is resting in peace, poor owner of my beloved and adorable EL SALVADOR, he must be very worried about how All their waitresses are acting, I still sent to buy 3 pupusas and I only received 2 and one pays nothing is free so please in focus more on those great details please thank you very much and the stars go in HONOR TO THE OWNER of LA PUPUSA LOCA ❣️👏🏻👏🏻🫂❣️

I don't know why this restaurant has low stars but the 3 times I have come the food is perfect: brisket with garlic mojo 😋😋 and water salad is very delicious and good service!! I always come at night just in case. 😄😃
The food is somewhat good but those who answer the phone always make a mistake with the order and then blame each other, the service is definitely very bad.

This restaurant reminds me of the old staples that we used to eat at when I was a kid with my parents. The food is AMAZING! The service is fantastic, and everytime I go it's almost like traveling back to when I was a kid. This is my #1 stop for pupusas!
Vegetarian options: They make vegetarian pupusas! A vegan friend recommended the place to me.
Dietary restrictions: They have rice and corn masa for pupusas.

Terrible service, I usually don't like to leave comments but I definitely don't recommend this place, the waitresses always have a bitter face, they seem to hate their job, the food takes too long and it's not a big deal, there were no customers and I still arrived at 8:30 pm and they served us the food at 9:40 pm, it is too long and very bad service from the waitresses that it seems like one is going to ask them for free food 👎
