Yimone (이모야) in LA is well known for its oyster bossam (boiled pork with oysters). I ordered it to-go, and the fresh oysters were nicely mixed with gochujang (Korean chili paste) and packed separately on ice. I liked that setup because if someone doesn’t enjoy oysters, they can simply eat the pork without mixing them.

Parking is relatively easy during the day, but it gets crowded in the evening. Overall, a tasty and convenient spot for authentic Korean...
The owner was friendly and the side dishes weren't too salty, which was nice! It feels like eating at a cozy country table :)
Perhaps because there was a lot of meat in the kimchi stew, I was a little disappointed that there was relatively little kimchi!
The food is always delicious and the owner is nice~ The oyster bossam is by far the best! Cheonggukjang, steamed monkfish, stir-fried squid, etc. My favorite regular restaurant~ I always eat delicious food\0/
