I have visited this establishment perhaps five times at most, over a period of about 20 years. I am not a super fan of tamales in general, but Liliana's Tamales's tamales can make ANYBODY into a tamales enthusiast. One of the best Cuban restaurant I have tried in the CA area. The place is a hole in the wall in the silver lake/echo park area. Pretty small, but clean with some nice Cuban decoration. I had the pork plate with rice and beans, it was delicious seasoned and very tender, and I also ordered a guanábana juice. Next time I'll try the famous cuban sandwich. Everything was flavorful and the service was very welcoming.
