I used to go once a week few years back, they've got a new owners or new cooks and I think their food is missing something. I would still get number 10 or 11 anytime. Still one of the best Vietnamese restaurant on the westside.
Came here with my mentor for a long postponed reunion. Arrived around 8:30pm and waited like 5 mins for a shared table with another group of 2. Maybe they should just have more tables for 2 to begin with but oh well.
Nice staff, but honestly it was the skimpiest and subpar pho I've ever had.. If you are desperate to get your pho craving satisfied within walking distance (and I know pho emergencies happen), then this is your place. Otherwise, I do not recommend.
It is the best vietnamese place in the sawtelle area. It is really underated as well so you will never see a line at this place to get a seat.
This restraunt's mood is very delightful, and the owner is really kind. The food, of course is really really good. I think about here's food all the time
really tasty pho spot, accommodating staff, very clean. a perfect place for a date or to bring your family~
A veggie pho without a single trace of a vegetable. Disappointing.
Really not too good. Ingredients not that fresh or not great cook, I dunno.
Great food, very friendly staff. Had the bowl with beef. Super!
This was by far the worst pho I've had in a long time, maybe ever. It is certainly the most expensive with the smallest portions. I looked it up on Google and saw the prices on their menu. It was cheap so I was excited. Not because it was cheap, but because most Vietnamese won't pay more than a certain amount for pho so I thought it might be authentic. Then, when I showed up, their prices on their menu was 50% higher than what was listed online. Then, who I presume the owner brought me a metal rack containing utencils. The kind with Vietnamese style chop sticks and soup spoons nearly stacked. Normal Pho places have these at tableside. Then the pho came. Small. Cloudy soup. Accompanied by the smallest bean sprout place ever. I could count the number of sprouts in it. And then the accent...this proprietor is not Vietnamese. I found out it was sold 2 years ago when this person bought it. It definitely isn't Vietnamese flavors. The soup was a beef stock type soup with no depth of flavors that is developed over hours of cooking bones, tendons etc. And that it was cloudy means the cook kept it boil. The most flavorless soup ever. So disappointed because the reviews look okay. By the way I was the only asian person there. Would not advise this place. The west side lacks real peasant food so it's my fault for expecting anything different, but this was not worth the $14. Plus tax @$15.33. So $18.33 after tip. I am now in danger of getting my Asian card yanked if anyone found out I paid this much... Not for pho.

Le Saigon is incredible!
Visiting and tried this place based on reviews. Portions are soo small. Overpriced. We had a good laugh when they brought it out. Not recommending.
I've always loved this place. It's one of 3 resturants I take out of towners to impress them. Authentic Vietnamese Pho and more.
Great pho! Can't wait to go back!
I love this restaurant. I've been eating here since it opened around 2001 when Elvis and his family started it. The new owner has done a good job of keeping the recipes the same. It's good consistent quality. One of my most often visited. I'm so happy the new owner bought this restaurant and kept it the way it's been. She's a real sweetheart and works there everyday just like the previous owners. Great place!
