Banh mi and breakfast sandwiches are soooo good. I’ve been here so many times but I rotate between getting grilled chicken, old skool, breakfast, or KBBQ banh mi. Breakfast potatoes and viet coffee are also solid!! The folks that run this place are always welcoming and have a great vibe. Bathrooms next door at simpang, free wifi, nice patio - perfect spot.

This sandwich is an absolute masterpiece.
I ordered what I believe is their spicy turkey sandwich and it blew me away. The bread was soft with just the right crust—sturdy enough to hold everything without getting soggy. My favorite sandwich shop in LA! Consistently delicious, amazing staff, good vibes. I have already eaten here twice this week and it’s Thursday lol. I could eat here literally every day it’s so good!! My favs are the tofu banh mi and the caprese mmmm
