Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

By far the nastiest Louisiana ever . The chicken taste like shrimp which means they don’t change their grease. The fried rice is super spicy . And the chicken is just nasty . Won’t be back

Very basic fried food shack. Signage in-store a bit dated with handwritten corrections. The people who work there are amazing! Always a smile with their service.

This Louisiana fried chicken establishment felt that they could change the recipe and it would be ok. I ordered my “HALAL “ chicken order 4 pieces with sides. It came out looking twice fried with a coating of hot sauce underneath the thick layer of caked on coating. Not what I ordered!! The cook said they soaked chicken in marinade then flour then fry… ? Nobody wants wet fried chicken !! It wasn’t even edible! Soggy Mess!!
Now I’m questioning rather it was halal!! I threw it in the trash… I’m never going there again… ?

The food is always great here, it’s the customer service that’s questionable. If the older lady is there then you will get rude hurry up and order energy. The best cashier is the young guy. He’s very polite.

Its o.k they tried to over charge me after ordering online for pickup. I already paid for the order on GHUB app.
and the attitude was not welcoming, Honestly, a littile dirty inside the ordering area.
Food is flavorless not fresh.
My favorite LC is on normandie or slason

They told me that they do not serve the original flavor, after I took it all the way home and found out it was spicy. Definitely will not order from there again.

The service is horrible , they have two people working , neither look like they ever worked in a kitchen before , when I asked how much longer my food would be she smiled an said nothing , then after about 25 mins I got my small 4 piece combo , keep in mind there was only one other person In line besides me and appeared no online orders either !! I’m not going back

Worst pace to expect service on time. They say they open at noon. It’s 1:15 pm and no chicken!This happens ALL THE TIME.expect Togo buy lunch and no chicken ready. Crappy ownership.this post is from 2 year's ago in 2024 no improvement the WORST, WORST, WORST service ever nover seen anything like it.It's 1:00 and lady says chicken ready at 1:15 they supposed to open at 12:00

Chicken is hot an fresh but a tad too spicy(not complaining) for me. I would eat there again just get a bigger drink ?. The gumbo is really good for the price!
