I can't wait until Lucy reopens. The food is traditional Mexican, simple, and very well done. Every meal starts with a cup of good lentil soup, followed by a simple yet delicious iceberg lettuce and tomato salad that has a dressing that tastes like butter. It's fantastic! Then, whether one orders enchiladas or tacos every meal is excellent
My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles. I get the chili relleno meal and it comes with DELICIOUS vegetarian soup of the day (usually lentil yuuuuuum) AND delicious salad! ( hard to come by these days.. a meal that includes soup and salad) Their salad dressing is a secret recipe and I would buy it if I could! I really love this restaurant but I need closure. When they heck are they reopening?? Because if they're pulling the plug then I'd really prefer to be put out of my misery ASAP so I can stop doing drive bys / calling their restaurant hoping someone will give me a freaking clue.
