My husband introduced me to this place when we started dating 10 years ago! We've been faithful customers over the years. It had been almost 2 years since we last came around. They might have changed the look a bit, but the flavor stays the same. Which is what keeps us coming back. I always order the same plate, it's just so full of flavor & can never go wrong with papas con chorizo. Menudo is only on the weekends I believe & it's delicious. I'm very picky with where I eat specific plates from & the menudo here is one of the best to me. Its a small place that feels like home, weekend are sure to be busy but the wait shouldn't be to long unless you have a big party. Everyone is really friendly as if they've known you for years.

Unless you like to eat maggots, do yourself a favor and stay away. Sundays are usually packed since their menudo is "good", this is something we have grown accustomed to since coming here for years as locals. Takeout it was! Unfortunately we found a maggot at the bottom of the bowl.

Came here on a Sunday morning around 8, git sine huevos con Jamon ( han and eggs) came with rice and beans, it was amazing ! The menudo with pata was delicious. The service was quick and easy and you pick your own table. Nice cold jarritos hit the spot with the menudo, didn't even have a chance to take a photo of hiw amazing it all was. Parking can get a little difficult on the one way streets but it's work the extra walk. Will be coming back for sure.

Great little spot, food is great. If you want some food that tastes like you're getting a homemade Mexican meal, this is the place.

Delicious Mexican breakfast at a very reasonable price point. Neighborhood favorite, always busy weekend mornings but usually has a table available. It can be a little stuffy inside during the summer months— I prefer the outdoor

Omg! This little understated little restaurant is a hidden gastronomic gem!! Homemade everything is the BOMB-diggity. I wish I lived closer cuz I'd be here All. The. Time... Seating in decent, with outdoor seats, this place reminds me of restaurants in my Mama's home town of Santiago Papasquiaro in Durango Mex. The wait staff is wonderful and they're so sweet and kind, I left there feeling so happy and full. The prices are very VERY reasonable, I almost don't want anyone to know about this little place...I want it to be my little secret, but they deserve the accolades! Check them out and if you don't, it's your loss. Parking is a bit tough to find as it's street parking. You can thank me later?
