A place in Skid Row, if you want to drink some coffee with out paying a fortune specially if you drink everyday, the lady there is so nice and welcoming and the staff is great and make the best hot chocolate for you, there is a small area to stay there if you have time to drink coffee there
Friendly service, good coffee. The cats out of the bag. Been going there about 8 yrs now and Now everyone has started to discover it. Hope it doesn't get to crowded especially when I'm there, love my back table. Good business for Jimmy.

I ordered the original waffles with taro filling and they were pretty good! Service is quick and the setting is inviting. I didn't have google on my phone so I couldn't check-in, but the owner gave me a discount anyway (thank you!). Would definitely come back again .

This coffee shop is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for those needing a quiet, spacious place to study! I wasn't the biggest fan of the decor because it felt kind of dim and drab, but the space itself is nice. Free WI-fi and friendly service. I came here with a friend, and we both ordered lattes. Unfortunately, the coffee didn't stand out to me and I didn't find it particularly memorable.
Don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls. Can’t do business with such poor service.
I loved my drink. I will definitely be going back, and the girl behind the counter was nice, explained the teas well. Great place!
he drinks are great, the service friendly, and I love the little courtyard. Yesterday, a friend and I sat outside (under the eave) in the rain, sipping a pumpkin spice latte, and it felt so amazingly fall-like (finally!). This is really a place people come to work, and tends to be on the quieter side, which I love.
