Still the best ice cream in the world but served with astonishingly unprofessional attitude. The young lady behind the counter - said her name was “Juju” - is in dire need of customer service training. The store closes at ten pm. Walked in at 9:30 and got three scoops. Right after I paid, she announced that she would be “putting up the tables” and I would have no place to sit. It was only 9:33 pm and I reminded her that store hours are till ten. She then said I could sit “for a few minutes.” Had to eat in a rush and couldn’t enjoy the treat. What a shame.
A few days later I visited again and was greeted warmly by Nikki. She served me the things I had previously, but with a smile and professionalism. Wish all the servers were like her. The ice cream is always the best.
