Still the best ice cream in the world but served with astonishingly unprofessional attitude. The young lady behind the counter - said her name was “Juju” - is in dire need of customer service training. The store closes at ten pm. Walked in at 9:30 and got three scoops. Right after I paid, she announced that she would be “putting up the tables” and I would have no place to sit. It was only 9:33 pm and I reminded her that store hours are till ten. Sampled 5 flavors and had a hard time picking one. There’s some seating indoors and outdoors but on a hot day found it just a touch uncomfortable. Always appreciate when ice cream spots have free water stations and this one I think only had some for purchase. But the ice cream itself was perfect. The junior scoop size was actually really reasonable for kids.
Amalia & Dorian were so helpful, knowledgeable about ice cream, and very kind. The flavors are varied and all look delicious. Everytime i get window burger, I make sure to come to Mashti Malone’s. Best ice cream in silver lake
