The service varies from time to time depending on the team that is on. Atmosphere is not good for family oriented. Loud customers, homeless people going in and out. You have to be from the area to be whatever about it.

Food is always on point. Atmosphere is chaotic in the afternoon to evening, lots of SC students and vagrants roaming in addition to he regular folk coming in to eat, making in it high traffic and crowded but the service and food are always good. Minus 1 star because I didn't get what I ordered, or maybe it wasn't on their menu. I ordered 2 oatmeal cookies + 2 chocolate Chip, I received 2 oatmeal cups (hot and tasty btw) but not what I was craving. Staff was very courteous...
