Customer service is terrible, i had a 10 hr shift at work and wanted to eat something before going home, i ordered at the kiosk and i was in line waiting to pay, the cashier saw me and just ignored me. After a few minutes they gave me my food and they didn’t have ketchup that day, and 35 minutes before closing they asked me to leave because they were going to close and clean,bi only had like 10-15 minutes eating, so I couldn’t enjoy my food, I wasted time and money. Definitely I’m never going back…

The personal was so rude , I was standing in the counter smiling hope someone take mi order and 3 workers just saw me and ignored me. when finally they pick up my ticket the guy was talking on whispers and barely understand what he saying. I never going back , this people thinks they owned the place.

Just left this McDonald’s. I had a mobile order and was waiting in the stall for about 15 minutes and saw a car that showed up within the last couple minutes get their order first. My GF went in and our order was just sitting there on the counter and the lady gave her this passive aggressive here ya go tone. Definitely not coming here agin.
