Such a surprising find ! The food was super fresh and the wasabi was good quality as well. The server was friendly and attentive. Definitely should be on your list as a regular.
Fire hidden gem right by BMO… a must try place. Definitely going back

Based on the reviews, Azao Sushi is an amazing Japanese restaurant with high extraordinary food and art master pieces. The service is amazing, super quick to order, and the staff is super kind, quickly taking orders and bringing out water and silverware. The food is amazing, fresh, and delicious. The baconador roll, hot night roll, and fried calamari are all solid rolls. The fried calamari is tempura battered and cooked to perfection, melting in the mouth as one of the best calamari ever had. The seafood fried rice is the best ever eaten, and the yellowtail nigiri is easily the best ever had. The 6-piece sashimi is fresh and generously cut, the miso soup is simple and comforting, the Heart Attack (fried jalapeños stuffed with spicy tuna) is crispy and rich, and the fried shrimp shumai is golden and crunchy. The food comes out within minutes. This is the best Japanese restaurant ever been to, a perfect late-night rendezvous restaurant open until 2:30 with easy parking. It is a small, family-run spot that puts quality first with no frills or crowds. This place is absolutely worth a visit.
