I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time they’ve messed up my order. Every single time they’ve missed half of the items in my order. I ask them “is everything here” And they say yes. Then when I get home my family is missing their food. It’s my fault for not checking the bag, but I’m not ordering a huge amount of food, how hard is it to put a few burgers in a bag? Then the employees hang up on you when you call them to tell them about the mistake. Incompetent people working at this location

Horrible service. I ordered drive thru one orange HiC and sorry no available, I ordered small fries and they didn't put ketchup packets in my bag. I had to return and beg for ketchup. McDonald's it's so miserable that can't add ketchup for the fries to go, and please HiC company provide McDonald's a decent amount of HiC syrup for them to fullfill our needs of that refreshing thing. 5pm on 03/04/2024

I came in with my 2 grandchildren. Both bathrooms out of order. I had asked an employee who walked out of the women's bathrooms if my grandchildren could use it and she was rude and said no. We had to ask a manager who finally allowed us in. There was nothing wrong with the bathrooms and for Mc Donalds not to have an open restroom for customers is WRONG
