This review is seriously long overdue, I ordered and received this cake in April for my friend's birthday. It was honestly the best vegan cake I've ever had. I ordered the Rayos De Sol cake and it was sweet and beautifully decorated. Giselle was so kind and caring. I highly recommend this place, I'm not vegan but this cake was so delicious that I will definitely be returning.
This was my first time ever trying a vegan cake. At first I was hesitant but my wife convinced me to try it, and let me tell you that it was an amazing experience. The bread was super moist and flavorful. We got the fresas con crema cake. The strawberries were super fresh and delicious, the cake so spongy and delicate. This cake was beautiful and delicious. Non vegans were surprised it was vegan. Also Giselle adds a really personal touch. This cake will forever be part of a loving and memorable day.
