I've been going to this McDonald's for over seven years. I really never leave reviews for McDonald's but for about the last three months the service has been horrible. I went through the drive-through in between 11:30 PM and 12:30 AM. I asked if I could have my fries fresh the drive-through attendant said no I had to take the fries that had been sitting there. I asked for my money back since I have my card connected to the app, it automatically paid for the food, the worker told me to come back tomorrow and speak with the manager honestly it is very disappointing. I feel that all customers should always be in the right obviously if I was wrong, I'd own up to it, but I wasn't. I just asked for my food to be freshly made, and the worker denied me that. Very disappointed
