The service has improved from a few years back. When I asked for more ketchup, they didn't give me a hard time. It's why I rated their service 5 stars. Fast food is still a little expensive and McDonald's is no exception.

Wanted to acknowledge the night shift manager J. Amazing customer service very professional. I had an issue and even though the issue did not occur on her shift, she still let me speak and explain the issue. She then understood the problem and took care of it right away! We need more managers like her! Thank you again!
