Got my order wrong and refused to fix it without getting back in line and reordering and handed me a shamrock milk and not a shake. The manager was aware that it wasn’t working but refused a refund and refused to shut the shake machine down until it was repaired. Completely rude and unfriendly.Do not patronize this McDonald’s if you want what you asked for. Surely this isn’t how the owner/ franchise wants customers treated.
