I came to eat lunch the store was clean and the atmosphere was great. All of the employees were friendly and recommended items that i didn’t even know were on the menu based off of what i ordered, you could tell that all of the employees are really value the customers and their experience at their pollo loco
I got to say the service was good the girl taking my order got it correct since my kids are very picky on how they want their food with what in it and much more of the without this without that, and also giving it out to the people doing the food on also getting it right. My only complaint if that is that they only put what seemed like five to six maybe seven little pieces of chicken in each of the three chicken bowls. My kids were actually accusing me of eating from each one...read full review
