I arrived with several mins left in breakfast hours and by the time i got to the ordering station it was 4 mins after 11. They refused to serve breakfast and called me a liar in those words, Ive never been so offended by a drive through agent and will never go to a McDonalds again period

Ripped me off and when I called they said that if we drive back and present our receipt, they'll give us the food they should have given us in the first place. Did not apologize or make any effort to rectify their wrongdoing. Completely unprofessional. Food was also cold and they were out of items that were shown to be in stock on the app. There are a million McDonald's around. Don't go to this one.

I have come here more than once where I pulled up to the drive-through and they told me I can only order online… That is not a functioning restaurant what is that about?

12/5 Came here a second time … there are five Cars sitting in the drive-through and not a single person responding… I waited for 30 minutes and left… Where is management?

I ordered a Big Mac through the drive-thru and was extremely disappointed to find a hair inside my burger after I had already bitten into it. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control.

This should never happen at any food establishment. I expect management to address this issue immediately and ensure proper food safety standards are being followed.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. After putting in an order through the McDonald’s app, I then find out from an employee that the order cannot be fulfilled due to an item being unavailable.Though this may be a fault of the McDonald’s app, the supervisor “helping” with this order made no attempt to amend the situation. They had offered to replace the item with one of lesser value, but that was obviously a terrible offer. Rather than removing the single unavailable item from the order, the supervisor preferred to cancel the whole order entirely. Not only was this an insulting waste of time, this demonstrated a lack of competence from the staff at this location. I highly recommend choosing another location to fulfill your order. I will not be returning to this location.

Mainly use this McDonald's for drive thru. The drive thru line moves quickly and my orders have always been correct. Did walk into the dinning area once. Area was clean and well kept.

This restaurant is not taken care of!!
The food is burn, the service is not customer oriented.
They oil was so old that the food was black.
I had to argue to ask to be refund of all the meal (the minimum was to offer the drink and french fries when I have to change the restaurant to expected to be serve a normal food with normal rule of health.
