The customer service here is horrible I ordered through the mobile app and when I arrive 15 minutes after placing the order it still was not ready and no one was in the dining area so they were not crowded at all. The worker at the front never acknowledged me neither did the other workers after 20 minutes of me demanding to speak with a manager I finally got some assistance this place is horrible and I would never come here again the management needs to hire people who actually cares I would give them a zero stars if I could

It's McDonald's... Got expensive and now they are charging for paper bags. They claim it's the law. Then why do none of the other Fastfood or restaurants that offer takeout are NOT charging for bags. Curious to what the McBot will respond to this BS.
Read your tickets and put the orders right and complete, that’s the only job they have to do and don’t do it right. My order is never correct and complete. The night crew needs to be replaced. Too much incompetence going on at this location.
