During the lunch hour, it's recommended that you use the self-order platform (ridiculous) considering it's busy during 12-1:30pm. Would make logical sense if they schedule more staff to speed up the busy lines inside and long lines of cars ordering via express.

I love coming to this McDonald's for a quick snack after work. Staff is always friendly, wait time is quick, and food/drinks are just right.
Bad service. Unfriendly staff. The facilities are dirty and have a bad smell. There is no cashier to take the order. Homeless people sleeping inside. The children's play area remains closed. Very average food. I would not return to this place.

The guy who is taking orders tonight at drive thru is just like I don't know ?, seems like he rushes you, and he just seems to be not to professional ? They allow a homeless veteran to stand right in front of the window , near window where we pick up our food, no big deal to them, he has a large sign that says, " Veteran ", when you get your food and drive to exit, he, yells at you for money, the McDonald's crew, as well as managers there, allow him to do it.

Manager Faby didn't know how to give us a good explanation because she wouldn't accept the application code after they put it into her system 4 times, they just make you wait and don't give good service, and it's not the first time I've bought some potatoes for middle of the app, what bad service....
