Took the A line from work. Subway drops you off on the other side of Honda Plaza. Great ramen really enjoyed the amount of noodles and two kinds of pork; sliced and belly. The broth was excellent and comforting. I added chili sauce and an order of gyoza and a Sapporo. $17 for a bowl of Tokushima Ramen. Very delicious.

The Tokushima Ramen was outstanding, with pork slices and pork belly intermingled with perfectly cooked noodles. The broth, however, was the best part--I only wish there was more!

I order the spicy tonkotsu ramen the broth was super flavorful, but… I ordered take out and idk if it’s because I didn’t dine in but the portion was so small. Just half and egg and super small pieces of pork. And no seaweed or cabbage.

Recommended as one of the best ramen in town by TimeOut, I was a bit disappointed. The broth was very good but felt the pork could be better.

The Black Garlic Ramen is amazing! It has soo much flavor and it was delicious!! ?The service was fast! I went around 1 pm ?The menu was simple and easy to pick from! ? there wasn't 1000 things to choose from ?My husband chose the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was delicious too but I would order the Black Garlic Ramen again! ?The owner even told us goodbye in Japanese! ? They're all very nice!! ?

I must say the service was great, but the food didn't taste quite as well. The presentation, portion, and toppings were good, but the food was overall on the sweeter end, and the noodles were overcooked.

My families favorite ramen spot in LA! We always order their chicken karaage for appetizer and the spicy tonkatsu ramen is my favorite flavor. If you don’t like too much spice you can always get the regular tonkatsu and get the spicy miso ball on the side so you can choose how hot you want it to be!Service is always quick and the waiters are nice. We’ve never had a wait for a table either so that’s a plus. They also validate parking for the lot so you can get a discounted rate for parking in little Tokyo.5 stars for delicious food and awesome service!

Avoid crowds in down town/Japan Town. It is very small but cozy. I recommend the Tokyo Ramen. Add goyza and karagy and you are good to go.

Been to several ramen spots on both east and west coast. This place has the flavor to keep you comin back. IF you get spicy tonkotsu, get a side of lemon wedfe and garlic paste, add a little to each bite for magical flavor!!! The waitress Jill shared this gourmet cuisine secret!! ????

The Shoyu ramen's soup is like oil plus water. There wasn't much taste of the shoyu. However, the fried chicken had a nice Japanese mayonnaise. It was delicious.

Shoyu broth was delicious. The chicken I subbed for the chasu was mediocre, it would be nice to have an alternative protein that had some love put into it. My husband's ramen looked amazing!

me and my gf were traveling in the area and decided to stop by because of the good reviews and it was close by. Right away we noticed service is slow but as a restaurant employee myself i understand things get tough. Service however wasn’t super impressive, the server just motioned to some empty chairs at the bar section that still had a lot of dirty plates on it. He just pushed them aside and we sat down. Food was ok but nothing amazing and the teriyaki chicken is more like fried chicken drenched in mayo and some very sweet teriyaki-like sauce. The ramen was a solid 2.5/5 right down the middle, not bad, not great either, nothing stood out to me or my gf. Price was a little on the expensive side for something that had a hint of flavor but left u wanting more… Unfortunately i doubt the safety of their food because me and my gf because sick in the stomach in the hours that followed so… be careful and good luck.
