First, Best Menudo Period, a bunch of tender Pata and flavored perfectly. She kept adding more juice as i ate it Then she just brought out some chiliguilles that were better than any i ever had. it was made with fresh tortilla and piled high with cheese, creama, and pickled onions. On the next level. Then had the nerves to make us a Pata Quesadilla!!! Which also amazing. I cook these things, i’ve eating mexican food since 8 and i could get a taco for 50 cents. i eat more than any purger type of food, and cook it, well, so believe me when o say that her food is not of this planet, she’s on a whole nother level. Perfection!!!!
