Excellent venue to enjoy pregame tailgate with friends. Excellent service all the way around, from the friendly hostess, to the food staff, the bartenders, and finally the bus staff - they are accommodating and attentive. The restaurant is centrally located in the heart of the USC campus - an easy walk to the Coliseum.
I loved the service and the atmosphere. For the price, I thought the food was okay. The carne asada was very good but we didn't care for the enchiladas. The guac was very good and I liked the corn station. The dessert was lacking. I understand that $80 included unlimited alcoholic beverages but for those who didn't drink alcohol, it was not a good value. I would try it again because it was a great atmosphere and I loved being on campus, perhaps a different menu offering...
As an on campus tailgate experience game day, dinning at Figs is superb. Reasonable priced, good food and patio seating allows for enjoying the excitement of game tailgating in a comfortable environment with plenty of amenities.
