I recently noticed that the amount of salmon in the salmon bowls offered at Seeds on campus had decreased significantly, yet the price has remained the same. This has hurt both students and faculty who regularly purchase these items. Many customers feel frustrated and misled by the decreased portion size, as they are paying the same amount for less food. I love seeds! Though the prices are on the higher end, I always just use my dining dollars here so it makes sense. They have a myriad of lunch sandwich/salad combos either made fresh or pre-packaged, both of which are good. I usually go for the freshly made sandwich combos which come with the sandwich, chips, and a drink. The bavette steak sandwich is definitely a standout at Seeds, the chimichurri pairing perfectly with the steak and the arugula adding a nice crunch to the sandwich....read full review

Despite my review, this is one of my favorire places to eat on campus. With the Cardinal and Gold student meal plan, you can eat here twice a week, so I recommend this place to any USC freshmen who are required to have this plan.
