Personally, it suited my taste perfectly. The seasoning wasn't as strong as other ramen restaurants. Even if you don't add char siu, you get 2 pieces as standard. We went right at opening time, and there was no wait, and quite a few people came behind us. I had Shio Ramen as a set menu and I really recommend it. The gyoza... wasn't that good. I only recommend ramen. It's close to the entrance of Japanese Village Plaza, so it seems like a good place to eat while sightseeing. All the staff were friendly too. FYI, you can also order mini size, so it would be great for those who have less quantity! What was disappointing was that the eggs were almost hard-boiled.

The customer service was great . Wish I could say that about the Ramen , ordered the kimchi Ramen spicy, miso ramen and the number 4 Never heard of ground pork in Ramen it was disgusting . Didn't taste like your traditional Ramen with savory broth. Tasted water down. We also ordered the miso ramen and the number 4 with pork also broth tasted water down .

The ramen was fine but the chashu pork was dry and tough and we had to pay extra for a decent portion. Still bad. Service was hella slow. Dumplings unremarkable. Barely passable.
