Excellent Ramen, Kyushu Style Noodles (thin and not overcooked) The Soup was unexpectedly delicious, inspired to the Tonkotsu Pork Broth. I lived in Japan two years and this the first time I find something so authentic, comparable to the Original Japanese Ramen. Overal Super Recommended!!!
Is it the best vegan ramen in LA? No. Does the menu have a lot of vegan options? Heck yeah. The waitlist moves fairly quick and it’s a short walk from several parking lots, including my favorite, Aiso Street Parking.
