I've been to quite a bit of ramen spots around southern California and this one hits the spot like few others do. The Tonkatsu ramen has such a rich and flavorful broth like no other! Absolutely a must get, plus the Shoyo ramen is so comfortable and delicious. If you want good ramen this place is a must visit.

I've been coming here randomly since 2008 and I'm very happy to know Mr. Ramen is surviving in recent years beginning with March 2020, then the summer of 2020, inflation, tariffs, the most recent rioting in Little Tokyo but most importantly the way businesses in Little Tokyo are being treated as traditional Nisei businesses are being forced to relocate out of Little Tokyo.
