I’ve been coming to Neighborhood for over two years now, and their drinks are truly unmatched. My go-tos are the matcha latte and the draft latte, both are consistently excellent, creamy and delicious. Their pastries are also worth trying, always fresh and tasty.

The service is nice, not overly warm, but always professional and efficient. Recently, I tried their summer special strawberry matcha, and it did not disappoint! The flavor was refreshing and not overly sweet.

Neighborhood has definitely become one of my favorite spots in LA for coffee and matcha. Highly recommend!

Full service coffee / matcha in a tiny little nook. Really warm, welcoming service. Breathtaking coffee; superhero baristas.

I like the parking and the outdoor seating. I did not like my matcha latte with vanilla syrup. It just tasted like green oat milk. I couldn’t finish it.

Great espresso drinks, love their 3rd st latte with orange cardamom syrup. The patio is nice to work at in the morning when it’s shady. They also have a chia parfait that’s really good. Friendly baristas and a.big empty parking lot!

Good coffee and other alternatives. Creative, well balanced, unique and refreshing drink menu. Small shop but provides good parking space. Outside patio seating only and can be little bit hot on sunny days.

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The inside is a small little space but the outside patio eating is nice. The ivy like wall and the overhead canopy create a cool ambience to enjoy your coffee. I like that they have regular staples and a seasonal menu for people like me who enjoy trying new things. I definitely will come back here

Parking: I came early in the morning so there was plenty of parking. I parked on the street in a metered spot but wasn't there long so didn't worry about it. I could see parking being more difficult during really busy times though.

One of the best oat milk latte’s I’ve ever had! They are on tap (which I’ve never seen before) and SO creamy. This location also has a parking lot right next to it.

Sour espresso- typical of single origin so called third wave coffee places. For me the high acidity of this kind of shot is undrinkable. I should have known better since the acid smell was apparent upon walking in but they assured me their beans are balanced. To each his own though. I guess there are plenty of people who like this style of bean/roast.
