The atmosphere is really loud, and it's hard to talk to your guest. It's expensive. The pasta was good however there wasn't very much meat under the pasta.
I love the vibe and all the decorations..but I canāt really enjoy the foods..the Kimchi pizza was too salty and not spicy enough..i can say it was more like sweeter..I expected something more special cuz it was not cheap at all⦠it was overpriced and

I was blown away at how terrible the food was. Genuinely was left speechless by the pulled pork. Soggy bread unseasoned meat. A trifle of fries. A disgrace to the LA food scene. Service was great, and drinks were good.

Donāt expect to order the drink of your choice⦠The only drinks on offer are the ones on their menu that are crazy expensive. A simple gin and tonic is a big ask! And it costs $22. Good luck if you want a beer. They will look at you like you are trash. Appetizers came long before cocktails did. We decided not to stay for more food and then the bill came. A beer, gin & tonic and two appetizers was $75. Spend your money somewhere else. Our server was rude too. His entitlement and attitude were not appreciated. Overall, NOT a pleasant experience.

I can safely say that Netflix Bites was one of the worst and most overpriced meals I've ever eaten. I don't want to waste another minute writing this review, just don't go, it's not worth it.

I understand why people are upset about this place due to the writers strike, but let's keep it focused on the food and service please.
I had read some reviews about the food and they were very mixed, so came in with a plan to order two small bites menu items and if they were good continue. If they sucked well we were out. Me and my girlfriend ordered the smoked wings and the steak tartare. She also ordered a happy little accidents. We both thought the happy little accidents was really good. The wings were okay, but expected a little more to be honest. Pretty basic. The tartare was absolutely trash. Who puts relish in tartare especially when it's all you can taste. I didn't want to go any further and risk ordering something even worse.
The saving grace though was our server. She was honestly very amazing and you can tell they were understaffed, but she was still as attentive as could be. Sadly though we come for the food, so instead of 1 they get 2 stars thanks to our server.

Ridiculously overpriced for an āokayā food. The kimchi pizza was good, but itās an obvious combination that anyone couldāve done it. Also, 20 bucks for a small piece of Spanish tortilla? I would advise you to go to the farmers market in front of Netflix bites and get anything else.
Parking: Thereās the farmers market parking in front of it, but itās paid

My sad that there is so many bad reviews. This place was delicious! We had the kimchi pork pizza to share and I had moms meatloaf. Oh my god, that was one of the best meatloafs I have had in my entire life. I would HIGHLY recommend just going for that.

I'll say this first to help out any prospective patrons - go here only if you hate yourself. A $150 tab could have gone so much further and better literally anywhere else.
I can only think of one thing this place is good for, and that's to take treat your mortal enemy to dinner here and then skip out on the bill. I could not have imagined a worse dining experience if I myself were hog tied and being roasted over an open flame with Satan's pitchfork. Did they decide the play the music so loud to distract us from all the shortcomings?
The service was incredibly memorable, but in the worst way possible. I donāt think that Iāve had a more frustrating dining experience in any recent memory. Our wine - not even cocktails, took forever. Ordering a drink at the beginning of the night seems pointlesswhen you get it 2/3 of theway through your meal.
What we did get however was a server constantly trying to bringus karage we did not order. I do wish on some occassion, he did bring the dungeness crab curry, though. Our visibly frustrated (and apologetic) server let us know that despite the fact that he put our order in at the same time as the table next to ours, ours would be delayed. So delayed, actually that they finished eating theirs before we even got ours.
As if to rub it in, we noticed that when the server brought the table next to ours their crab, they received aprons, seafood crackers, and an entire description of the dish and explanation as to how best to enjoy it. We received none of that - she dropped ours off with an "enjoy" and left, leaving us to have to ask our own server for crackers and how to "enjoy" it. The crab gets everywhere, by the way. I wish we'd been informed ahead of time to not dress up.
This experience was so low, I could have tripped over it. And in fact, I wish I had done so, outside of the restaurant, and avoided this night in its entirety.
Parking: 20$ for two hours is insane when you consider the restaurant itself wasn't even in the Grove.

Typical LA .. " Chef does not allow ordering of additional of French Fries " .. ?.. " Chef very happy to pontificate on service though ?"
If they paid their writers more, then Iād consider overpaying for mediocre food. Until then, hard pass.
Went for dinner tonight - everything was outstanding, our server Mitchell was very helpful with recommendations. Aaron makes the best Spanish Gin & Tonic and we were lucky enough to have Frankie Solarik there! He had a special drink on the menu, Understated Elegance - a scotch drink - that was so good and complex, we all got one. What a nice guy, what awesome drinks (my friend had his elderflower spritz too ??)
Favorite dishes: the hamachi with this bonkers curry infused oil, and the baklava for dessert. We also tried the Minnesota Pickle Pizza haha, it was an experience - their dough is great, will try another pizza next time!
Vegetarian options: Their cauliflower app was tasty, and we didnāt get it but they have a cabbage entree, plus a couple of the pizzas are vegetarian.
